Payments

After first ½ price hour, payment for all subsequent lessons must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson begins via bank transfer. 

Block booking lessons must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.

We advise all clients to communicate with us by email or text message 'before' making an online payment. 

We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.  

Cancellations

At least 24 hours notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, or you will be required to pay for late cancellations.

Booking Practical Driving Tests

When booking a driving test an ADI number should be requested to avoid double bookings and see availability.

4 weeks before a booked practical driving test, a mock test must be passed to confirm the readiness of the student driver’s ability for test, and for use of the Driving School vehicle. If a mock test is not passed a minimum of 4 weeks before, then the driving school vehicle will not be available for any tests and you will be asked to move your test back or find alternative arrangements. 

Once a Mock test is passed we will contact other local instructors to utilise the test swap system.

2 hours payment is required on test day if choosing to use the driving school car. A minimum of 10 days notice is required for practical test bookings.

Refunds

Refunds must be requested within this 12 month period. Block booking refunds will be calculated using pay as you go prices for lessons already taken, plus a £5 admin fee and sent by bank transfer within 10 working days.
